Yuki
Yuki is the online accounting of Belgian and Dutch firms. Hela drops every invoice — the PDF and its UBL — into the administration's tray, exactly as you would by hand, and the firm processes it.
Connecting
Continue with Yuki. Whoever runs the server must have registered Hela with Yuki (YUKI_CLIENT_ID, YUKI_CLIENT_SECRET).
What is sent
| Event | Yuki |
|---|---|
invoice.issued, sale.created (if set) |
A sales document: PDF + UBL 2.1 |
purchase.created |
A purchase document: PDF |
The UBL is the same as GET /sales/{id}/invoice.xml (EN 16931). Yuki reads it to pre-fill the entry; the PDF remains the voucher.

Good to know
- Yuki returns no accounting document number on drop: the link Hela keeps is the dropped document's id.
- Belgian B2B sales must also go through Peppol: see Peppol. Both coexist — Yuki for the firm, Peppol for the customer.
