Make

The Hela app for Make (formerly Integromat) exposes the same triggers and actions as Zapier, inside Make's visual scenario builder.

Connecting

1. In a scenario, add a Hela module and create a connection.
2. Paste an API key (Administration → Developers) with the needed scopes, plus webhooks:manage and events:read.
3. Enter the API address for a self-hosted Hela.

Modules

Instant triggers (webhooks): Watch Events, with the choice of event types to listen to — one or more from the catalogue. Make creates the webhook in your company; it shows in the list with source api:<key name>.

Actions: Create a Sale, Record a Payment, Create a Quote, Create a Partner, Create an Expense, Create a Time Entry.

Searches: List Sales, Get a Sale, Search Partners, Search Items, Get Receivables.

Universal: Make an API Call, for any route of the OpenAPI schema not covered by a dedicated module.

Amounts

An amount is an { amount, currency } object in minor units. Modules also expose amountMajor, ready to display. To write, give the amount in major units (125.00): that is what write routes expect.

Installing the app

The app is available in Make as Hela. For a self-hosted instance, import the custom app from the Hela repository (integrations/make/app.json) into Make → Custom apps, and set your API address.
