Stripe

Get an invoice paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA… Hela creates a Stripe payment link for the outstanding amount; when the customer pays, the payment is recorded in Hela on the chosen wallet and the invoice becomes paid.

Connecting

One button. Integrations → Stripe → Continue with Stripe: you land on Stripe's consent screen, pick your account, and come back connected. Hela registers its own webhook on your account (checkout.session.completed, checkout.session.expired, payment_intent.payment_failed) and names your first wallet as the wallet credited — change it in the settings if a "Stripe" bank account exists. The account stays yours, the payout too: Hela creates the link and reads the answer.

That button exists when whoever runs the server registered Hela as a Stripe Connect platform (back office → Integrations and keys → Stripe Connect). Without it, the page offers the key form: paste your secret key (sk_live_…, or sk_test_… to try), pick the wallet; the webhook is registered for you the same way, or paste the whsec_… secret of an endpoint of your own.

Using it

On an invoice or quote with a balance due: Payment link. Hela creates a Stripe Checkout session for the exact amount, in the document's currency, and shows the address to send the customer (Copy button, or WhatsApp share). The link stays valid 24 hours.

Through the API: POST /companies/{id}/integrations/documents/sale/{saleId}/payment-link with { "provider": "stripe" }; the response carries url.

When the customer pays:

1. Stripe calls the notification address;
2. Hela records a payment on the wallet, with the Stripe reference, and emits payment.received then invoice.paid;
3. the invoice's Partners card shows the link as paid.

An expired link or a declined payment emits payment.failed.

At the till

The point of sale offers an Online mode as soon as a payment provider is connected. The sale is recorded as awaiting payment, a QR code and a Stripe link appear on the confirmation screen; the customer scans, pays, and the webhook records the payment in the chosen wallet. The printed slip reads Awaiting payment until then.

Good to know

• Stripe fees are not deducted: the recorded payment is what the customer paid. The Stripe statement, imported in banking, carries the fees.
• Stripe requires a currency your account supports; an invoice in CDF is refused.
• Test mode: an sk_test_ key creates test links; payments recorded in Hela are then real in Hela — use a trial company.
