Yousign, DocuSign

Get a quote — or a contract, a delivery note — signed without printing it. Hela sends the PDF to the signature provider, the customer signs on their phone, the state comes back into Hela and the quote becomes signed.

Connecting

Yousign: in Yousign, Settings → Integrations → API keys, create a key. In Hela, Integrations → Yousign → Connect, paste it; copy Hela's notification address into Yousign (Webhooks, event signature_request.done) and the webhook secret into the connection form.

DocuSign: Continue with DocuSign. Whoever runs the server must have registered Hela with DocuSign (DOCUSIGN_CLIENT_ID, DOCUSIGN_CLIENT_SECRET). Every envelope sent carries its return notification (eventNotification); set the DocuSign Connect HMAC key in the settings so Hela verifies the notifications' signature.

Using it

On a quote or an invoice: Request signature. The signer's name and e-mail are pre-filled from the customer record. The customer receives an e-mail from the provider, reads, signs. In Hela:

1. the state becomes sent in the Partners card;
2. on signature, the state becomes signed with the date and signer, quote.signed is emitted, and the document is dropped into the connected storage if there is one;
3. a refusal sets the state to declined.

Through the API: POST /companies/{id}/integrations/documents/quote/{quoteId}/signature with { "provider": "yousign", "signer": { "name": "…", "email": "…" } }.

Settings

Good to know

• The signed document is kept at the signature provider, with its audit trail; Hela keeps the link to the request and the state.
• A signed quote can be converted into an invoice in one click; the signature follows.
• The provider charges per signature; nothing is sent unless you asked.
