Common questions

What happens when I reach a limit on my plan?
The addition is refused there and then, naming the allowance and the plan that lifts it. Nothing is deleted and nothing is billed behind your back: what already exists keeps working.
How is payment handled?
By hand for now: mobile money or a transfer, agreed with us. We record the subscription and your account changes plan on the very next request, with no wait. Online payment will come.
What happens if I add a company mid-month?
It is billed pro rata for the remaining days. You never pay a full month for a company created on the 28th.
Do guest users count towards my quota?
Only active users of your own companies count. If a partner invites you into theirs, the seat is on their subscription.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You export every sale, stock level and entry as CSV whenever you like, without asking permission.
What happens to my account if I stop paying?
It becomes read-only for ninety days: you can consult and export everything, but not record. Nothing is deleted before that.
