Senegal
The Direction générale des impôts et des domaines is rolling out e-invoicing: taxpayers certify their invoices with a central system, in waves, starting with large companies.

How Hela goes about it
The Senegalese regime is, in 3.0, a device regime: Hela sends every sale to an accredited device or gateway near you (your integrator's), which normalises it with the DGID and returns the code and QR. When the DGID's central API opens to publishers, the regime will switch to direct transport with no change on your side.
Enrolling
Finance → Compliance → Senegal → Enable:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Accredited device or gateway URL | From the integrator |
| Access token | Same |
| Device id | If the gateway asks for one |
| Tax identification number | The company's NINEA |
What leaves
Every sale on issue, with lines, VAT (18%) and the customer; the returned code and QR are printed. Off network, the device signs locally and transmits on its own.
